Citizens Trust Bank is a long-standing financial institution dedicated to empowering individuals and businesses through accessible banking solutions. I've had the opportunity to redesign their website twice, most recently after the client specifically requested my involvement again due to the success of the first project.
MY APPROACH
The goal was to modernize the brand's online presence while maintaining accessibility, clarity, and trust—key elements for any financial institution. I restructured the layout for intuitive navigation, simplified complex service categories, and improved the mobile experience for banking customers. Every design choice reinforced CTB's commitment to community, transparency, and ease of use.
